I’ll bet you enjoy driving a new car a lot more than you enjoy the process of buying one. So guess what? The automotive retail industry heard you and has made some big changes in recent years. And they’ve begun hiring people like me on their sales teams – people who embrace those changes. We’re still few and far between, and so are the dealerships that are truly progressive in their practices, but here are a few reasons why you’ll be glad you came to Sir Walter Chevrolet… and asked for me.
Information.
A lot of car shoppers, despite all their research, feel at a disadvantage when they step into a dealership. Even if they know the car inside and out, the process of buying it is something they only experience every three years on average. Yes, my job as a certified Chevrolet expert is to give you all the vehicle information you need. But my job as a sales professional is to offer you transparency in the buying process. I want you to be informed, because information will give you confidence when purchasing. I sleep well knowing that you get exactly the right car for you, and that you feel great about your experience.
Time.
You shouldn’t have to loose a whole day buying a new car. Your time is valuable, and I work tirelessly with my colleagues at Sir Walter Chevrolet to make sure your purchase is expeditious, but not rushed. It’s a big purchase, and all the Ts must be crossed and Is dotted, but my goal is to make it go as smoothly as possible. After all, you’ve got some cruising around you need to get to.
Value.
A lot of dealerships still price close to MSRP, so if you stay in their dealership negotiating for a few hours, you might be able to get their price down to what we sell at right off the bat. And if you don’t feel like negotiating at those other dealerships, you might drive away feeling like you’ve been taken for a ride. Here, that drain is gone before you ever come into our showroom. All you have to do is go to sirwalter.com, check out our prices, and you’ll see what I’m talking about.
Ownership.
Too many sales consultants sell you a car and then vanish from your life, leaving you to battle repair technicians, office clerks and receptionists on your own. Nothing against those people. As a matter of fact, Sir Walter Chevrolet has the best. But wouldn’t you rather have one go-to guy who’s your personal liaison and account manager? One person who coordinates your maintenance work or an accessory installation? One person who can explain any vehicle feature you need help with after your purchase? That one person is me.
My name is Matt Tuers. I’m a sales and leasing consultant at Sir Walter Chevrolet in Raleigh, North Carolina, and I want to show you why you need to call me when it’s time to get your new Chevrolet.
